We understand many are awaiting further news and updates on the Aldinga project, and we appreciate your patience while the team works through planning and approvals process in the background to deliver the first stages of Aldinga.

Following community feedback received on the masterplan, the project team is currently working with the relevant authorities on the project planning approval, which with quite a number of stakeholders can take some months to work through. The project team is working towards receiving the required approvals before the end of the year to allow a summer project launch and first sales release.
The team remains committed to delivering the best outcome for both existing and future Aldinga residents.
